Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellations

• Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed and shared with our production team, vendors, or logistics partners.

• Due to this fast-moving process, order cancellations cannot be accepted once the order is in progress.

• This applies to both standard and customized products, as production or procurement may begin shortly after order confirmation.

• Customers are therefore advised to confirm all specifications, dimensions, materials, and finishes before placing the order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

• In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify our Customer Service team within 4 hours of delivery.

• To help us resolve the issue quickly, customers may be asked to share clear photos or videos of the affected item.

• Our team will coordinate with the vendor or manufacturer to verify the issue and guide you through the next steps.

• Based on verification, we will arrange for a replacement of the affected part or product, as applicable.

3. Product Not as Expected

• If the delivered product does not match what was shown on our website, showroom, or order confirmation, or if there is a genuine concern regarding the product, please contact Customer Service within 12 hours of delivery.

• Each case will be carefully reviewed by our support team to understand the concern.

• We will work closely with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include part replacement or corrective support, depending on the situation.v

4. Refunds

• Refunds are issued only when explicitly approved by Nakshatra Furniture after internal verification.

• Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment or another agreed method.

• Processing timelines may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.

• Please note that refunds are not automatic and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Warranty Products

• Products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty will include relevant warranty documentation at the time of delivery.

• Warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer, as per the warranty terms provided.

• Nakshatra Furniture will assist with guidance wherever possible but does not control manufacturer warranty decisions.

6. Replacements & Support

• At present, we do not accept product returns once an order has been delivered.

• This policy is in place because every product undergoes thorough quality inspection before dispatch and is handled with the highest care.

• While returns are not accepted, we are fully committed to customer satisfaction.

• If any issue arises, our team will replace affected parts or products or provide the necessary service support to resolve the concern promptly and professionally.
